Dan is an entrepreneur and business consultant with a background in both engineering and business. He offers his clients creative and insightful solutions to complex problems supported by both analytics and sound business judgment.

Having served many types of businesses throughout his career, he has specialized in the senior care and housing industry for over 25 years. Areas of expertise include online marketing and property tax consulting.

As the Internet emerged in the mid-1990’s as a new platform for marketing, Dan led Nelson & Wallery’s efforts to create two of the first online directories in the senior housing industry, AssistedLivingINFO.com and NursingHomeINFO.com. Dan was involved in all aspects of the project including concept development, start-up financing, site design, programming, database design and development, advertising sales, online marketing, search engine optimization, and client web site design and programming. Nelson & Wallery, Ltd. ultimately sold the directories to a competitor in 2009, but the web sites remain in existence today. As a pioneer in the industry, Dan has experienced first hand the development and growth of online marketing in the senior care industry over the past 20 years.

Sheree brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur, attorney and business consultant.  Sheree currently serves as in-house counsel, contract administrator and copywriter for the firm. She co-founded Nelson & Wallery, Ltd. after serving as a tax manager for a Big 6 accounting firm. In addition to her legal and business experience, she is an accomplished writer and editor, having served as Editor for the Journal of Property Tax Management for many years.

Over her career, Sheree has directed appraisal and property tax engagements for major national and international corporations in a variety of industries including senior care and housing, health care, telecommunications, food services, manufacturing, hotels, ski resorts, banking and insurance. Her responsibilities have also included software system development and analyses, fixed asset system consulting, cost segregation analyses, real estate investment analyses and due diligence portfolio review for various lending institutions.
